Women shape Boltenstern and FABNORA
Behind BOLTENSTERN and FABNORA are women who design, lead, organize, and make decisions. From the very first idea to the finished piece of jewelry, they shape our perspective, our processes, and our mindset.
Their creativity, precision, and sense of responsibility not only define our collections, but also the culture of our company.

“You rise by lifting others.” – You grow by lifting others.
The longer I have the privilege of leading our company, the more deeply I understand, and feel, what it truly means not just to believe in this sentence, but to live it consistently.
This idea has been with me since I took over the company eleven years ago. Internalizing it was a process - and it is beautiful to see the strength that can grow from it. Especially in the beginning, as a successor, you are often deeply occupied with developing new things, putting out fires, clearing up, and creating structure. The responsibility challenges you, sometimes to your very limits.
All the more grateful I am for the strong companions who have supported and encouraged me along this journey, and continue to do so to this day. For a long time, I could hardly imagine myself in this position.
Today, it fulfills me deeply to create more space with every step for us to grow together. And to pass on the strength we have gained, to encourage other women to walk their path with confidence and strength.”
- Marie Boltenstern

Leading together. Shaping together.
“Equality is not just a women’s issue, it is also a men’s responsibility.
Anyone who truly takes responsibility in partnership and family life ensures a fair distribution of work and care work. Anything else often means that women end up carrying a heavier burden and remaining more financially dependent.
Putting a partner in this situation through an unfair division of responsibilities has nothing to do with strength or masculinity - quite the opposite. True partnership means fairness, respect, and shared responsibility.
On International Women’s Day, we are reminded: equality begins in everyday life, and it requires all of us.”
- Raoul Boltenstern
